HOW IT WORKS
Ordering Process
After customer places order, customer will receive invoice confirmation. Order will go into production within 2-6 business days, and ship once completed.
For Personalized or Custom orders:
Customer will be asked to email ally@allysprintshop.com with additional information for the product (i.e photos, names, special instructions) we ask that you be as clear as possible when giving us special instructions. Any photo sent, will need to be in high resolution for the best quality print. Customer can expect a proof with-in 2-6 business days (this time will vary during seasonal demand). Customer will have opportunity to reply to proof with changes if necessary. *Customer will be allotted 3 proofs, additional proofs have added cost. Once proof is approved, product will go in to production immediately. 1-2 week turn-around time. Customer will be notified of shipment or scheduled pick up via email.
* Requesting changes after approving proof and product is in production will be at customer cost.
** If you do not see your proof with in the alotted design time, please check your junk mailbox, as emails could be mistaken as junk.
Turn - Around Time
PROOFS:

Original Product - No Proof
Personalized Product - Name change, 1 proof: 1-5 business days
Custom Product - up to 3 proofs, 2-3 weeks
PRODUCTION:
After customer approval product will be made
Original Product - 1-2 weeks
Personalized Product - 1-2 weeks
Custom Product - 1-2 Weeks
SHIPPING:
When the product leaves the print shop.
2-7 business days depending on customer shipping selection.
